Voice Coaching

I’ve been passionate about voice work and bringing characters to life for as long as I can remember. From a young age I was particularly intrigued with programmes like ‘Fraggle Rock’ and ‘The Simpsons’ and was given a tape recorder at the age of seven and that’s where my fascination with the colour, versatility, and potential of the human voice began.

As a singer and musician, I studied voice at the Wexford School of Music. I grew up playing piano, tin whistle, and clarinet and completed exams with the Royal Irish Academy of Music. I then continued my studies in music and voice at the University of Limerick and subsequently went on to train as an actress and received a diploma in acting and performance at the Gaiety School of Acting, Dublin.

However, I would consider my most valuable qualification my 20+ years of professional experience—voicing hundreds of characters across tv and film animation, video games, and international commercial work inlcuding work for Disney, Warner Brothers, Moetion Films, Telegael, Brown Bag, Kavaleer, Treehouse Republic, Ink And Light, Dancing Girl Productions, Magma Films, Piranha Bar, TG4, CBBC, RTE, Irish Film Board, Genius Brands, Monster Animation, Monster Entertainment, Turnip And Duck, Pikkukala, Walking The Dog, I have worked on hundreds of ads for tv and film including Mercedes, Lidl, Mace, Centra, Barry’s Tea, Pom Bear, Joe Duffy Motors, Brennan’s Bread, Miéle, Zurich Insurance to name a few.

Alongside voice work, I’ve performed as a tv actress, singer and stage actor.  I have had the pleasure of performing in renowned venues including the National Opera House, The National Concert Hall, Olympia Theatre, Gaiety Theatre, University Concert Hall, Cork Opera House, Grand Opera House Belfast and hundreds of theatres and venues across Ireland, the UK, Paris and Germany.
